What is Data Rollover™?
Data Rollover™ is where unused Internet quota is be carried forward to the following subscription period.

What is the benefit of Data Rollover ™?
With Data Rollover ™, no data will ever go to waste and you also get to keep your unused data provided your Internet Plan or Add-on plan is continuously renewed.

Who can enjoy Data Rollover™?
All Xpax™ prepaid customers subscribed to any of the Daily, Weekly, and/or Monthly Internet Plans and Add-On plan.

What is the validity period for Data Rollover™ quota?
The validity will follow the subscription period of renewed Internet Plan or Add-On plan.

Is Data Rollover™ applicable for freebies?
No. Data Rollover™ is applicable only to the base quota.

Is there a limit on the quota carried forward in Data Rollover™?
Don’t worry. There is no limit for the amount of quota you can carry forward with Data Rollover™.

How do I continuously enjoy Data Rollover™?
All you have to do is to ensure there is sufficient credit for auto renewal of the Weekly and Monthly Internet Plans to take effect. If your auto renewal feature is turned off, be sure to re-subscribe before your current Internet Plan (ie – Daily Internet Plan) validity expires. Otherwise, the unused quota will not be carried forward

Xpax™ Add-On

Who can subscribe to the Add-On plans?
All Xpax™ prepaid customers.

Can I subscribe to Add-On plans with or without an Internet plan?
Yes, you can subscribe to any of the Add-On plans with or without an active Internet plan.

Can I subscribe to multiple Add-On plans?
Yes, you can mix and match Add-On plans according to your preference. Your individual plan type will have individual validity and quota.

Can I do multiple subscriptions for the same Add-On?
Yes, you can. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Add-Ons fall under different buckets. For example, the quota will be stacked and the validity will follow the validity of the latest Add-On purchase. However, if you purchase a weekly Facebook Add-On and a monthly Facebook Add-On, the quota from your Weekly bucket will be utilized first followed by your Monthly bucket.

Is auto-renewal available for Add-On plans?

What is KawKaw™ Squad?

Which Internet Plan that is entitled for Gigazilla Data and what do customers get?

What if Customers mobile number was registered to a different name or to a different identity card?
Customers are encouraged to make the necessary changes in order to enjoy this offer.

Customers can make a call to Celcom Care Line 1111 to verify owner registration details and visit to Celcom Blue Cube stores nationwide to make necessary changes.

What if Prepaid legacy plan customer wants to subscribe to Gigazilla Data?
In order to redeem Gigazilla Data, they need to migrate to the New Xpax Plan and register as a KawKaw™ Squad. Upon successful registration, they can purchase the monthly internet plan to receive 50% MORE data.

Do customer need to do multiple subscription to keep enjoying Gigazilla Data?
No. the service requires a ONE-TIME request only. Successfully subscribed, customers will be able to enjoy the 50% MORE data within campaign period.

What should customer do if their subscription is unsuccessful?
Dealer should advise customers to call Careline 1111 or visit to any Celcom Blue Cube stores nationwide.

What should dealer do if they faced any issue pertaining to KawKaw™ Data?

How can customer migrate to the New Xpax™ Plan?

Is there any restriction for the additional data received?
No, customers are able to use the data on anything and anytime they want it.

Can unutilized data can be carry forward to next month?
Yes. Base quota and 50% additional quota can be carried forward to next month.

What if customers have utilized all the data including Gigazilla Data before the monthly internet subscription expiry?
Customers can purchase internet plan of RM30, RM50 or RM79 and enjoy Gigazilla Data since the subscription can be multiple times within the same month.

Customers can also purchase ADD ON data but not entitled for Gigazilla Data.

What will happen to a customer’s data if they purchase another internet plan before their previous data quota is fully utilized within a month’s subscription?
In the event of multiple Subscriptions, the remaining quota for Existing Internet Plan will be stacked together with the New Internet Plan’s quota with the condition that the Customer has successfully subscribe to the New Internet Plan before the expiry of the Existing Internet Plan. This is Data Rollover’s feature. Validity of this Data Rollover feature is determined by the latest validity period of the latest Subscription of the Internet Plan.

What will happen to a KawKaw™ Squad customer whose age have exceeded 25 years old?
KawKaw™ Squad rewards and offers are only valid for Xpax™ prepaid customers age 12-25 years only. Once they have exceeded the age limit, customer is not eligible to redeem the rewards and offer.

How can a customer check their data usage and validity period?
Customer can check their data usage and validity period by dialing *118*1*1*2# from their mobile phone.

Other Terms of Use will follow the Internet Plan specific Terms and Conditions.

How long is this promotion running for?
It’s a one year campaign running from 17th April 2017- 17th April 2018. Customers are able to enjoy the additional 50% data within this period until further notice.

Celcom Music Walla™ Add-On comes with unlimited data to stream music from selected music streaming partners within the validity period. Can I transfer the purchased Music Walla™ from my current phone to a new mobile phone?
Yes. Music Walla™ is a service attached to your phone number and not your mobile phone.

How do I renew my Celcom Music Walla™ subscription?
If you are a Prepaid customer, you will receive an auto renewal SMS reminder 1-day before the renewal of add-on is charged. This will allow users to have the option of unsubscribing before their Music Walla™ Add-On is automatically renewed. This applies both for weekly and monthly options.

If you are a Postpaid customer, your Music Walla™ subscription will automatically be renewed and reflected in your monthly bill statement until you choose to unsubscribe.

Can I unsubscribe from Celcom Music Walla™ ?
Yes. If you are a Prepaid customer, you can just stop renewing the subscription while Postpaid customers can unsubscribe by dialing *118#, entering the “Other Add Ons” menu and selecting “Unsubscribe”.

To unsubscribe from the MyCelcom Postpaid App or Xpax™ App, tap the “Usage” tab and select “Unsubscribe”. You will be brought to a confirmation screen. Tap “Proceed” to confirm that you will be terminating your subscription.

Does Celcom Music Walla™ cover premium subscription fees?
No, the Music Walla™ Add-On does not include the premium subscription of music services.

 

Good and Sales Tax (GST)

Will I be charged GST when I subscribe to Celcom Music Walla™ ?
No. You will not be charged GST when you subscribe to Celcom Music Walla.

For prepaid customers, you will not be charged GST for the VAS or content as GST has been paid upon reload.

For postpaid users, you will be charged a 6% GST for the price of VAS or content purchased, you will be able to see the total GST paid for the month in your monthly statement.

For direct payment (EG: Via Credit card), 6% GST will be displayed upon payment.

Do I need to pay more for additional services following the GST implementation?
Generally, prices of our existing products and services remain unchanged and applicable to the 6% GST that will be charged on the total amount. The GST collected from you will be remitted to the Customs department. Refer to our product websites via www.celcom.com.myfor a detailed price breakdown of our goods and services.

If I have any query or complaints pertaining to Celcom Music Walla™ , how do I channel them?

How many repayments do I have to make?
You can make repayments for 24 months tenure.

What are the minimum requirements for applying?
Malaysian citizens 18 years and above with proof of income.

What are the documents required for submission?
Photocopy of NRIC (back/front)
