How to Reload, Topup, and Share Credit on DiGi Network

Digi Prepaid subscribers may reload Prepaid account using either: 

• Direct reload
• PIN number 

Direct Reload

Direct reload are available via these channels:

1. 1. MyDigi mobile app 

Step 1: Log in to MyDigi Mobile app 

Step 2: Select ‘Reload’  

Step 3: Select ‘Online’ on the top panel 

Step 4: Select reload amount 

Step 5: Enter your email address  

Step 6: Click ‘Pay Now’

Note: Reload using MyDigi app and enjoy 10% additional credit for each reload via MyDigi app or web app using credit/debit card, online banking or e-Wallet. Click here for details on free credit.

Step 1: Go to MyDigi web app

Step 2: Select reload amount 

Step 3: Enter your mobile number and email address 

Step 4: Click ‘Pay Now’

1. 4. Digi Store and Digi Store Express 

Walk into any of the nearest Digi Store or Digi Store Express to request to reload.  

1. 5. Self-Service Digi Kiosks 

Find the nearest self-service Digi Kiosk and follow the steps on the screen to purchase reload. 

1. 6. Bank ATMs and Online Banking 

Reload are available via selected bank ATMs and online banking. Please refer to the list below.

• Bank ATMs: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Alliance Bank, RHB Bank, Ambank, Bank Islam, Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN)
• Online banking: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Alliance Bank, RHB Bank, AmBank, Hong Leong Bank, Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat, Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), Bank Muamalat, Agro Bank 

Reload via PIN Number

Digi Prepaid subscribers may reload with the PIN method from Digi Prepaid reload card, coupon or voucher. Each PIN contains 15 or 16-digit PIN numbers.   

Reload PIN number can be purchased at any of the following stores nationwide:

Reload using the PIN number from either MyDigi mobile app or UMB:

1. MyDigi mobile app 

Step 1: Log in to MyDigi 

Step 2: Select ‘Reload’  

Step 3: Select ‘PIN’ from the top panel 

Step 4: Enter the 15 or 16-digit PIN  

Step 5: Tap ‘Reload’ 

2. UMB *123* 

Step 1: Dial <*123*><15 or 16-digit reload PIN><#>  

Step 2: Press Send/ Call

Step 3: Upon successful reload, an SMS notification will be sent with the updated airtime credit balance

Digi Prepaid subscribers can reload/top-up prepaid accounts for other people on the Digi network via MyDigi app or UMB.

Via MyDigi app

Step 1: Login to your MyDigi account and expand the side panel by clicking the menu button on the top left corner

Step 2: Select ‘My Favourites’ 

Step 3: Select ‘+’ button to add your favourites 

Step 4: Enter your new favourite contact’s name and mobile number and select your relationship with them. Press ‘Save’

Step 5: Select your favourite contact to reload for them 

Step 6: Choose the reload amount 

Step 7: Select your preferred payment method and select ‘Pay Now’ 

Via UMB

Step 1: Purchase the PIN reload/top-up card. Click here to read where to purchase. 

Step 2: Dial *123*<PIN>*<Phone Number>#

   Digi Prepaid subscribers who perform reload via MyDigi app or web app using credit/debit card, online banking or e-Wallet are entitled to up to 10% extra free credit for every reload.  

   Note: This benefit is not applicable for reload coupon/cards/PIN methods.

   This benefit is available to all subscribers of Digi Prepaid voice rate plan except Digi Prepaid Smart v1, Digi Prepaid Smart Plan SE and Digi Home Broadband subscribers.

   The free prepaid airtime credit from MyDigi Reload promotion can be used for making outgoing voice or IDD calls, sending SMS and/or subscribing to Internet plans. It cannot be used for roaming, talktime transfer, and talktime transfer international.

     

   Subscribers can accumulate free credit by performing online reload multiple times. Each granting of free credit will have 3 days of usage validity upon successful reload. Any remaining free credit will be forfeited upon change-of-plan (COP) to other Digi Prepaid rate plans.
