Tune Talk’s Dealer Activation Promotional Campaign Terms and Conditions:

1. The Tune Talk’s Dealer Activation Promotional Campaign (“the Promo”) is organized by Tune Talk Sdn Bhd (“TTSB”).
2. The successful winner of the Promo will obtain goodies (“the Goodies”).
3. The Promo is subject to the rules and conditions according to the relevant laws of Malaysia.
4. The Promo is open to all legitimate new Tune Talk users (“Subscribers”) under the ‘Tune Buddies’ tariff plan which excludes among others Tone Excel,Tone Plus and Traveller subscribers . Legitimacy of the Subscriber is based on proper and accurate registration of the Tune Talk’s prepaid mobile service in accordance with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission Guidelines on Prepaid Mobile Registration.
5. Entry of the Promo constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. The Promo period is from 1st June 2018 (12.01 am) until 30th June 2018 (11:59pm).
7. The mechanics for participation are as follows:
   1. New Lines
      1. Activate a new line within the promo period;
      2. Tariff Plans will be based on Tune Buddies only;
      3. Upon activation, subscriber must top-up RM30.00 or higher in a single denomination also within the promo period;
      4. Subscriber will receive an SMS every 30 days indicating successful provisioning of a new data quota until the end of the promotion.
   2. Port-in (Mobile Network Portability, MNP)
      1. Port-in to Tune Talk within the promo period;
      2. Tariff Plans will be based on Tune Buddies only;
      3. Upon successful port-in, subscriber must top-up RM30 or higher in a single denomination also within the promo period;
      4. Subscriber will receive an SMS every 30 days indicating successful provisioning of a new data quota until the end of the promotion.
8. Goodies Include:
   1. New Lines (as per 7.1) will automatically receive 5GB data (30 days validity) and every subsequent 30 days for the next 2 months calculated from the day of top up (as per 7.1.3). In total, subscribers will receive 15GB (5GB x  3) within 90 days from this promotion alone.
   2. Port-ins (as per 7.2) will automatically receive 5GB data (30 days validity) and every subsequent 30 days for the next 5 months calculated from the day of top up (as per 7.2.3).  In total, subscribers can get up 30GB (5GB x 6) within 180 days from this promotion alone.
9. In the case of multiple active data plans (e.g. Monthly Internet Plan and Free Data with Top Up), data quota will be utilized from whichever plan is expiring first.
10. In the event that the subscriber is not in ACTIVE status (ACTIVE status means that a subscriber’s Tune Talk credit validity has not expired), the subscriber will not be able to utilise any Data Quota until they return to ACTIVE status.
11. Any data usage after the Data Quota is totally exhausted will be charged at current Pay Per Use rates and it is valid. After 90% of the Data Quota has been utilised, a usage notification will be sent to the subscriber and remaining available Data Quota can be checked by dialling *134#.
12. All eligible lines will only be able to utilize one “Promo” at any given time.
13. If you have succeeded in obtaining the Goodies, please allow our Customer Service to call and verify within 24 hours.
14. Promotion cannot be exchangeable for cash or used in conjunction with other offers, privileges and packages.
15. Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail.
16. The terms and conditions herein and related terms and conditions pertaining to Tune Talk’s provision of service as stated in tunetalk.com shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and the subscribers agree unconditionally to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia.
17. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
