How will I receive my prize?

How long is the Contest period?
The contest commences from 1 October 2022 until 31 December 2022 (“Contest Period”).
How do I participate in the Contest?
You need to purchase and activate Celcom XPAX Starter Pack at the following outlets and reload a minimum of RM30 during the Contest Period to stand a chance to win Samsung A42 (“Prize”):

Am I eligible for this Contest?
This Contest shall be applicable to new customers who:
- purchase and activate Celcom XPAX Starter Pack at the Participating Outlets;
- reload during the Contest Period; and
- maintain an active Celcom line throughout the Contest Period. For clarity, active means customers will be able to make and return calls
The Contest shall not be applicable to the following persons:
- Celcom’s employees and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse(s), siblings, parents, and children);
- representatives, employees, and/or agents of Celcom’s dealers and distributors; and
- blacklisted customers of Celcom or any other telecommunication service providers.
What is the criterion for the winner’s selection?
Five (5) Customers with the highest reload amount/value (RM) during the Contest Period shall be selected as winners (“Winner”) to receive the Prize.
Can I win multiple Prizes?
No. Each Customer is only entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) Prize throughout the Contest Period.
How do I find out whether I am the Winner?
The Winners will be notified via SMS and /or Phone Call. Celcom reserves the right to use any other method or medium it deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of contacting the Winners.
What do I need to do if I am selected as the Winner?
Winners need to respond with the following information within forty-eight (48) hours from SMS results:
- Full name (as per NRIC)
- NRIC number
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Delivery address
Celcom reserves the right to select another Winner upon three (3) failed attempts to contact the Winner or failure to provide the information above within the stipulated time period.
How will the Winner receive the Prize?
The Prize will be sent to the Winners via courier within fourteen (14) days from the successful submission of the information. Celcom may in its sole and absolute discretion, deal with any unaccepted or unclaimed Prize as it deems fit.
